She Loves Me is a romance about relationships and finding that true soulmate. It is also how that discovery of love can come in the most unexpected ways and from the most unexpected people. Set in a perfume shop in 1930’s Budapest, three sets of people find themselves in different stages of relationships. Two of the employees don’t get along but fall in love as they exchange anonymous pen pal letters. Based on a play, the story was made into two movies “The Shop Around the Corner” and “You’ve Got Mail”. The musical just had a successful Broadway revival. With beautiful music from Bock and Harnick (“Fiddler on the Roof”), a charming script by Joe Masteroff (“Cabaret”) and spirited characters, She Loves Me is a true delight!
